| Recovery.
MarSalvor maintains its own rescue/ recovery fleet
which includes towboats, barges, high capacity cranes,
response vehicles and specialty trailers for top shelf service
and a time sensitive response to the insurance industries
emergency needs.

Transport.
Our fleet of small, medium and large trucks provide safe, insured
transportation services within the states of Alabama, Florida and
Georgia. We are capable of transporting any street legal
load and offer loading and unloading services as well.
Pilot escort, long-haul and custom transport services are available upon request.

| Evaluation and
Titling.
If a picture is worth a
thousand words than the average 64 frames we take of our
client's assets, combined with a detailed written
report, paint a truly accurate picture for both the
underwriting executive and the potential buyer.
At
MarSalvor we know that possessing the appropriate
documentation is the key to successfully liquidating our
client's assets. MarSalvor will not, under any circumstances,
liquidate assets that are not properly represented with
titles, Coast Guard Documentation or other necessary
paperwork. We work hard with State and Federal authorities
to secure the proper paperwork so assets can be placed for
liquidation in a timely fashion.

Storage.
The Claim Asset Storage
Facility(CASF)tm
is the mainstay of the MarSalvor program. Select
facilities that are strategically located, provide safe
and secure storage for insurance assets. All MarSalvor
properties are fully insured and maintain tight security
standards. They are far enough from the threat of
coastal storms, yet close enough to the marine population hubs
to be logistically feasible. CASF storage rates start at
just $ 4.92 per day.

With out a proven sales program, we would
be just another logistics firm. With our simple-upfront
marketing format and a solid relationship with the leading
online claims asset marketplace, Salvage Direct, the units
that pass through this program bring back, on average, a thirty-four
percent return of the original Actual Cash Value(ACV) paid to
the policy holder.
MarSalvor is also highly
visible on Ebay, the nations number one online auction site
where we enjoy the ranking of a "Power-Seller" with
a 99% positive customer satisfaction rating.

MarSalvor is prepared to
handle any task put before it. From one to one thousand
units, no assignment is too big or too small. MarSalvor maintains an active CAT Team, ready to
respond at a moments notice. Our organization skills are

Marine Unit.
MarSalvor maintains a fleet of four fully
equipped Tow/ Dive/ Rescue vessels. All of our boats are
trailerable and can be placed in troubled areas with little or
no notice. Our boats are manned with experienced United
States Coast Guard licensed master captains.

| Aviation Unit.
With
a Cessna 182, MarSalvor is equipped to service the reconnaissance
needs of our clients. During a CAT event, aerial
services have proven to be an valuable tool in the past.
Our pilot, a veteran of both the US military and a law
enforcement air support unit, is ready to serve your aviation
needs.
